These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CurbCall Pro (the "Service"), operated by Oblique Systems (Joshua Hukel) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

CurbCall Pro searches publicly available government, municipal, and other sources for construction bid opportunities and uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to extract and organize that information into a feed. The Service is an informational and discovery tool only.

2. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness

Bid information is gathered and processed automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or incorrectly extracted. We do not guarantee that every relevant bid is found, that any listed bid is currently open, or that details such as deadlines, dollar values, scope, or contacts are correct. You are solely responsible for verifying every opportunity on its official source before acting on it. We are not responsible for missed bids, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or any decision you make based on the Service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for legitimate business purposes.

4. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial, no payment required.
• Paid plans (monthly or annual) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you have a billing problem, reach out and we'll make it right.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing the data as your own product, scraping or overloading the Service, attempting to bypass the paywall or security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party sources and links

The Service links to and summarizes third-party websites and bid postings. We don't control and aren't responsible for those sites, their content, or their availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any lawful reason, and we may discontinue the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
